I feel so freaking useless I can't even get a job unless someone does it for me I am to useless and retard and incapable to do it myself what a freaking pathetic and horrid existence. I hate myself for how retarded and useless I've become!!!!I JUST WANT TO CRY i always get here but I am too stupid to do anything about it and just sit on my freaking *** mopping about it like a pathetic idiot!!! I can't even tolerate my freaking self pity anymore? How do others help me when I am codependant and rely on them for my self pity that somehow keeps me alive in this situation.

I agree. Take baby steps, one at a time, and eventually you'll see some progress.

First, I think you should seek a social worker. A social worker will be of great help, in judging what are the best resssources available for you. In the meantime :

-Call help lines.
-Read books on the problems that affect you.
-Seek the help of your family and friends.
-Don't stay alone, go to people.

Take good care of you, I know you can do this!
Thanks for this!

Yes, I guess social workers would be of a better help I can't believe I didn't think of that thank you. I have been reading about a few different psychological theories and they've helped a lot understand myself and be compassionate to myself and others suffering because we don't really understand what is going on with others.

That's right. The most obvious things are often the harder the see, they're too obvious, that's the problem. lol

My pleasure, best of success in your future endeavours!
