Ok so my partner really upset me this morning. So I made her a cup of coffee and told her I'd come in the other room in a minute... Calmed the atmosphere almost immediately.

Next thing I know she comes into the bedroom, cuddles me and says "I'm sorry, I love you"

And then we spoke rationally and sorted it out.

Thought I would share for others and also I need to look back on this post next time.

Completely changed our interaction
