Well she was and still is my obssession. I've been trying to get by with still having her on my Facebook friends list. Well it's not real good having her still around so this might be goodbye. This is a really, really hard thing to do because I still have fantasies about hooking up with her someday. I just don't think it's healthy for me to watch her life unfold on social media. I just wish I had something else going (relationship wise) so this wouldn't feel like I was cutting off my left arm. Walking in this emptiness is no fun. It would be really nice if I could be on the otherside someday and actually have somebody that I don't have to make believe I'm in a relationship with. This is heavy dung my fellow classmates and something I wouldn't wish on anything breathing. Thanks

Thanks for this!

I think altho this is very difficult for you.. You will indeed feel much better and be able to put this in perspective and move on.

Good for you on making a tough decision

Maybe you should get off of Facebook yourself and move on from social media. I've done that and it has really improved my mental health in many ways

Well I market art work on social media so that's probably not going to happen. Also, loneliness is an issue so maybe it helps.

Do what you have to do I guess. It just seems like you have a lot of issues with social media at times.

Social media doesn't bother me - it's just the one individual that I have feelings for happens to be one of my friends on Facebook.
