I am trying to get over my daughters father, we argue most of the time and he we are not in a relationship but we continue to sleep with each other. I feel used most of the time because he doesnt want to be in a relationship with me but still wants to have sex with me, can you someone please help me.?

Have you told him that the friends with benefits is stopping? Just be upfront and honest. It's not working for you and you have very right to decide no more sexual relations with him.
