Soo for those who remember me.. I'm back! For those who don't I was in an abusive relationship with someone who was constantly emotionally abusive and then I ended it after 1 month. I blocked her.. but then she called me on the day that I broke up with now my most recent ex. She did had a boyfriend and she still does but she then tells me (that's in texts now) well first I asked her why did she decide to come back to my horrible life and she then answered with "Because I can, because.. he doesn't love me..."
And my heart went into million pieces for her. How can someone hurt you so damn bad but you still want them and still need them in your life.. I'm scared because I've made up all these scenarios in my head of how we become a happy couple and we live happily ever after but then.. she probably just want some advice.. or will tell me that she knows how I felt when I was with her.. or even if we do get back together she would send me down the drain and I have no clue what to do, what to think or how to act.. I need help

You need to go No Contact and talk to a therapist.

With the help of a therapist, you can explore WHY you allowed yourself to be in a relationship with someone who is not available. Continuing to resolve problems with these people is only spinning your wheels.

Do the work and look within!

Sincerely,
Lele
Thanks for this!
