Friends,

Husband quit his job on Monday.

The money was good, but other than that it was a very bad situation. I think the temps going into triple digits this week, and there being no air conditioning at his workplace, put things over the top for hubby and he quit. Relieved and Concerned

Now I have the concern over paying bills. Relieved and Concerned

Any words of support will be greatly appreciated.

EJ

Hi EJ,
Every decision in life seems like it's a trade-off, doesn't it?

I hate worrying about money. Nothing worse, methinks. You'll be ok, though. Your hubby will get something else. I can't imagine working in that heat! Heck, I can't imagine LIVING in that heat!! Relieved and Concerned

Hang in there. Something better is bound to be around the corner.
Take care,
Okie

Such a difficult situation to be in for sure.

I know this heat can make so much stress on folks, both mentally and physically.

I will keep you both in my prayers EJ.....

I feel for you (and your husband!) and I think sometimes things like this have to happen for something better (maybe not more or as much money) to come along.

And I can relate to your situation. My hubby is a laborer for my dad's company- good money, stable, but very difficult, very hot, and is pretty much grunt work. With the heatwave, he's been extremely hot and overwhelmed and is thinking about what else is out there. Although I would be upset if he just quit, I think it would be great if he found something that suits him better, even if it meant a little less money.

Good luck to you and your husband during this stressful time!

Thanks, Friends!

Husband couldn't communicate with his boss, and the boss didn't purchase the tools needed to complete the various projects. The place was completely disorganized, and I knew one day husband just wasn't going to be able to take it anymore.

I wish he would have found another job first, but he didn't. Not much I can do about it. I'm just trying to stay calm, and try to focus on my upcoming classes.

I appreciate everyone's support. It really helps. Relieved and Concerned
