My mom doesn't seem to appreciate me working hard. She compare me to my younger brother who earned more money than me. I can only get contract jobs.

I'm so sorry for your situation
 . Sometimes, parents do play the 'favorites'. Honestly, money is no indicator of how 'successful' a person is.You may want to enter therapy and look at finding other ways of making yourself happy...you may never get that approval from your mother.
