So I'm starting to talk to a guy and I like him. The thing is I want to take things slow. I don't want to come off as a player but I also want to let know that I'm in to him and want a serious relationship if we are compatable. Any ideas?

Get to know each other first. Do things together and have fun without physical contact (sex etc) for awhile. Good luck

What Divine said, go for meals, try not to drink. Find out what you have in common, a mutual hobby, passtime or something you both wanted to try but have never tried.
