I cannot breath any more. When I'm home I feel like I'm drawing, I cannot breath. I cannot stand it any more!!! I want my husband gone.
He's such a good person, but I've lost hope. I cannot live with somebody like him, explosive temper, loving one minute, self-steem crushing the next minute, then everything goes dead until the next explosion....I can not take it any more.
Where can I get the courage to end it? PLEASE>>HELP>>>

I think ozzie has good suggestions. Talk to a therapist or someone at a women's shelter. They should be able to help you.
