Hello Alothasoccurred: Well... I may be in the minority here... I probably am...
![]() ![]() Mental health diagnosis is a job for mental health professionals. And the reality is that they often don't agree with regard to a particular person's diagnosis. So I personally feel it's a slippery slope when non-professionals try to diagnose another person... or themselves either for that matter. It can become sort-of like when medical students become convinced they have every malady they happen to be studying about. ![]() Anyway, I'm sorry you're not recovering well. ![]() ![]() ![]()

After a break up, we all think about all the bad things the person did to us. It's part of healing. Giving diagnoses to their behaviors isn't necessary and doesn't matter anyway. "A hole" ought to suffice.
