I did what I had to do and my husband read my letter. He took a couple hours to himself and then agreed that he wants to go to counseling and even agreed on his own to talk to my friends husband who actually WAS alot like he is now. I am still unsure but this is a step in the right direction. He does wnat to change and be good to me and he wants to learn how.
I am sorry I don't have time to type right now but I wanted to let you all know how it went. I think if we get some help its possible. If not, I know I tried everything. Heidu

Yes, at least you have tried everything and if it works out that you leave and start aknew at least you can walk away knowing this and never feel any regets or remorese and that is good, nothing can be worse than to later on say to youself "if only I ould have done such and such, etc. . . "
See, now you'll be free of all that extra "mind baggage", and that my friend "is a good thing" ** hugs to you **

Martha Stewart is one thing about America I DO NOT miss.
I can totally tell my husband feels better about stuff. He was really hurt about alot of things I said and I think he was angry at first but he calmed down before I saw him and I could just tell he knew this was best and the only way for us. I think maybe in a way he feels like now he will find out what to do about this because he really has had no clue. Also being able to say my friend and her husband went to counseling and still are helped him alot. I know this isn't going to be easy but it can work and in the long run be a good thing. Ultimately I want this marraige to work. I am still stressed but feeling alot better about things and my future. Having help is a beautiful thing!! Heidu

I think that if he is willing to get help then that is good sign that this marriage has chance. I hope it works out well for you. You deserve a little happiness.

Men can be so surprising sometimes. They are much more complex then they pretend not to be. Or maybe they are more complex then they want to admit. You know so often I hear that women are unfathomable creatures. I hold the same for men. (You didn't hear that BP, tee hee) I am glad that he has agreed to go to counseling with you. From what you have said in the past this must be a giant step for him. I am happy for the both of you.
