You need therapy. Like now.

Not only are you punishing yourself (fine...not my place to say whether that's good or not because I do it all the time) BUT you are punishing an innocent person. And there's NO excuse for that, it needs to stop.

Get help. That's how "people work" (including you)...they ****-up and then, hopefully, they get help and stop ****ing-up.

People tell themselves what they want to hear, believe what is convenient to believe. The bottom line for you is how well you treat yourself and allow others to treat you.

You are suffering from severe low self esteem. I know you deserve the best. You have to take for yourself the things in life to be healthy and happy.
