I found out a month ago that my long term so was cheating and lying. I feel like this has just compounded my other issues and confirmed my belief that I am worthless. I just don't know what forum to talk in. Can someone point me?

Them cheating on you doesn't make YOU worthless. You are not the one cheating and lying. In fact the fact that they cheat makes them not worth your time and energy. Sorry you have such experience. Hugs

You are not worthless because your long time so cheated and lied on you. It's not connected. If it says anything, it's about your so. Can you work through these feelings with a therapist or post here? We're here to support you.

Also I'm having a hard time posting on here. I feel so needy offline and like there are so many People on here with worse problems than me. Last edited by Vimtuous; Aug 02, 2017 at 11:27 PM. |

I cannot recommend enough the following blog:
Chump Lady - Leave a Cheater, Gain a Life There already being tons of sites devoted to reconciliation, forgiveness and cheating by mutual fault, she bases hers on three premises: (1) You are never responsible for driving your cheater to cheat. One warning: She does swear freely. Here are my favorite entries: Dear Chump Lady, I neglected him and this is all my fault{{{{{{{Vimtuous}}}}}}} |
