I have been in an 8 year relationship with a Narcissisitic husband. When I say this its not off the cuff he is a true narcissist.
I allowed my self esteem, self worth, to be driven away in the past years and to be honest, I don't know who I am nor who that was.
I can't even look at myself in the mirror. Forget photos.
Will I ever be someone again I can be at peace with or accepting of?

Hi, have you separated now? If you have just separated, then please know that you are now on the road to happiness! It will take a while to get used to being independent again. You might find therapy helpful in getting your self esteem back. Well done on getting away from someone like that. Your mental health will start to get better.

I agree with Pegasus. You really need to get away from him if you haven't already. Best wishes. Sending big hugs.
