I started feeling this way right when I got up this morning. I was worrying most of the night(couldn't sleep) kept waking up. I got this way because I went to this fair with my friend and as we were leaving I did something stupid and impolsive(spelling?) and I know for a fact, I did that as I had alot of anxiety yesterday. I'm worried this friend won't want to hang out with me anymore even though when I asked him he said he still does. How do you stop being impulsive? And is it normal I'm not feeling anything right now?

What is it that you did?

Some people are just more impulsive than others.

When feelings get too intense one can defend oneself from them by numbing them. That could be what happened to your feelings. How often have you noticed not feeling anything in the past?

Meditation and chess are two ideas for curbing impulsiveness.

Like Bill said. Sometimes a numb feeling is a result of having some very intense feelings we are afraid of. Hopefully you well get past this and trust your friend that nothing is wrong and they will still hang out with you.
