Today it has been a year since my "best friend" has spoken to me. She and I had been best friends for two years and she stopped talking to me for reasons that she has never given me. It broke my heart, but I have found other people and I have found ways to cope.

My advice to anyone else who goes through this is to remember that you are worth it. You deserve reasons if someone ever does this to you. Remember that you deserve better and try to seek out kinder tides with people who won't hurt you like that. Things are going to be okay if you choose better for yourself. Hang in there
