Hi
![]() I am really concerned for my best friend/coworker and supervisor. Let me summarize the question a little better detail so we may discuss. My best friend was extremely happy one day then suddenly turned on me the next. This person is the type where if there's a problem, they go completely silent and won't talk or listen. But that's who they are as them-self and I accept it. This seems like advanced stuff but here goes: 1) Is it possible for a master at this to train my friend whom I really care about and is already under their tight grip to the point where they might actually like it to.. 2) Train my supervisor to make me look the negative person by subliminally training them to manipulate me as a scapegoat? At least my inner self prevailed through fighting it. Now I'm now also concerned for my supervisor who may have some negativity implanted in them and has NO fault in this. At least I have a building full of alibis who still see me the old way. Is this thing even possible? BTW, whom I 90% suspect has two faces (I once saw their other one just by mentioning my friend's name who works our opposite shift) and is from Asia. I'm still playing it cool. |

It was hard for me to follow up, but yes, people can influence others to take sides, even if for a specific moment. You need to accept people are not completely in favor of one another, especially in workplaces.
If you have parts of connection that's great. But when all of a sudden your friend is not your friend, treat them the same way |

Happens in the work place all the time. Sucks but it just happens.

Yes. That’s what they do. I’m sorry you are experiencing it. Welcome to PC!

Well, I'm in a corner and guess I just have to stay there and give up. Through my supes "session" if you want to call it, I was manipulated in this way:
She kept hammering words like "want", "need", "get" and "only" in the most insecure way imaginable (I couldn't make up the stuff being said) toward wanting some sort of relationship with my best friend. She was there watching the whole thing BTW because she is in protective mode for her master who drove the wedge between us. With the constant hammering, she actually made me feel and look insecure and I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT LIKE IT! Once I gained my composure as I said and walked out of the room, I was JUST FINE with a spring in my step. I don't know if anyone saw me in the window like that or not but I absolutely don't care. So, I now know how she is being controlled to see me as this. This two-faced sociopath is now being promoted because he's such a nice guy and she will still continue to suffer I guess ![]() |
