My communication is awful garbage!

Does anyone have recommendations on how to improve this area of my life? I'm open to books, podcasts, worksheets, anything that might help!

I'm sure that there are many self-help books if you dig online a bit - unfortunately I don't know any, so I can't reccomend anything specific but if you read some reviews you should get an idea. I think you can also find some articles or videos, but be careful with those.
