I keep buying stuff for my upcoming surgery to make sure I’m ready - problem is I might end up with a bunch of junk afterwords. Better safe than sorry but I should probably think about this s little more 🤔🤔🤔

I've spent so much money in the past on stuff I didn't need, & ended up not even using, that I hate to even think about it. Eventually I either sold it all at garage sales or donated it to thrift stores. I'm pretty-much over it now. But, yes, it's always good to think before you buy.

I found that buying stuff for pre and post surgery somehow eased some of the fears. I used some things, didn't use others but it helped at some level. Then ... I had to carry the bag I bought to hospital back out after surgery and it was so heavy I tore stitches. The next surgery I packed much lighter but still was well prepared before and after
