Yesterday I spent pretty much all day at my office working on me. I know it is not healthy to be at work for that long, but it was the only place I could use the internet. I found out some pretty cool things about me and other people like me. In a post before I spoke about The Wheel. Well I finally broke the spoke of The Wheel and I am coming to grips with what I really am doing. I am getting better, I have stopped The Wheel from spinning in that negative way. I realize that I was too busy making other people happy (or trying to) and I spent all of my time trying to do something I had no control over. This made me very anxious. So last night I got home and prayed like I have never prayed before and did a lot of meditation. I am not better all the way yet, but I have broken the spoke and The Wheel is starting to roll in the positive way. Forward...forward...forward.
