I would suggest you take a look at what has changed in your life recently that my be responsible for the change in mood. Do you have any major things going on in your life? Any big changes to your diet or routine? Any changes in your health? An unusual increase in sensitivity can be a symptom of other issues, such as hormone changes/imbalances or illness. Poor diet can also increase your sensitivity. If you can't identify an issue that way, it may be worth looking more closely at what is triggering your anger - is the relationship fizzling out? Or are other mental health issues maybe starting to emerge? It couldn't hurt to start by taking better care of yourself and taking extra time to pay attention to your feelings and see if you can trace them back to where they are coming from. Maybe keep a journal so you can identify trends/patterns in your mood swings. Becoming more aware of yourself will help make you better equipped to cope with the anger when it arises and can help you have a more productive conversation with your doctor/therapist if need be.

Do you get angry in general or only at your boyfriend?
it's been three years, maybe you're upset he hasn't proposed. |
