Hello there. Concerned girlfriend here. I just wanted someadvice from those of you who either suffer with bipolarism or are thespouse/partner of someone who suffers from Bipolarism. How long does thehyposexual stage last for you? Im sure it varies from person to person but I amtrying to get at least an idea. My boyfriend has been hyposexual for over twomonths and its super frustrating. He however seems unbothered. Its not due tomedication either. Also if you have any tips on anything I can do to nudge himout of the hyposexual phase Id be super appreciative.

How long is a piece of string is the answer.

It'll last as long as his hypomania lasts. Unless he just has a higher than average sex drive.

Self care - it doesn't mean you need to be there at his beck and call either when he feels that way and hopefully he respects that.
