This is my first post. I have been married for 18 years. I have bipolar. The problem is, is that my meds make me not in the mood. Now i can remember my husband running from me cause i couldn't get enough. Now I find myself not showering everyday to avoid having sex. My question is does anyone deal with their meds interfering with their sex life? And if so how do change it. I know this is frustrating for him. Its frustrating for me as well. Its like i have no limbo. It's just gone. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Discuss with your prescriber your lack of libido and desire to have it return. Do things for you that make you feel sexy. Talk with your husband about what's going on and be frank about things.

^^^ I agree with SorryShaped.

Maybe consider a compromise with your husband, one which works for each of you?
