This situation just doesn’t sound good to me. I agree with the others who have recommended you leave. The longer you are invested in him, the harder it will be to leave.

I've decided to go back home, heal and move on. It's not going to be easy, but I don't think that anyone is worth losing your mental health for.
It's going to take a long time to heal. But I'm going to distract myself with steps to making my life better. Probably go back to therapy again too.
Thanks everyone.

GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!! You have made a very wise decision for yourself. You're right -- no one is worth losing your mental health over. That is very smart thinking!!! You will be just fine in the end. Yes, ti will take time to heal and move forward, but know that you are dodging a HUGE bullet and be proud of yourself for putting your needs as a priority. I am very proud of you!

Great to hear your decision. You may find that distance & knowing you made the right decision will speed up your healing time.

When I finally decided to leave my H (now EX) & move 2100 miles away I realized I never thought about him or missed him because the bad had so much outweighed any good there had been. It was just such a relief to be away there was a feeling if peace finally in my life. You never know what feeling you will have till you are there feeling it after a bad experience.
