If someone had told me many years ago when I was a little cub...
That I was “not guilty” that would have been a kindness....
I’m wondering about feelings of guilt and shame in early childhood...
Just for being a little cub...
And learning to stuff emotions...
To not ... possibly to not form “normal” healthy connections as the family had no desire or ability to form healthy connections...
Guilt and shame projected onto a little cub. It’s sad
I was a good cub
The little cub inside me is still a good cub..
A being of light..
And I’m not a “bad bear”
Surprise. The sociopathic step maternal unit was mistaken..
In all her cruelty, gaslighting and projections

Love to all sentient beings
In peace
Fuzzybear
