Came across this article and decided to post it in that it does a good job at pointing out how people can behave and to avoid them.

Thanks so much for the article, Open Eyes! This will be especially helpful in business environments where sometimes we have to engage with toxic people. It's best if we can recognize them as quickly as possible before they can begin taking advantage of us.

Wow I really like what they said about being the product of the five people you spend the most time with. That makes a lot of sense and explains why I was so depressed at my old work location and why my mood really picked up when I transferred out.

Thank you for sharing this. I also want to be a healthy person for others to be around as much as I want to be around healthy people. This article made me look at both sides of it.

Now I’m off to contemplate the five people I spend the most time with... that’s something to always be aware of. 10 toxic people you should avoid
