I have a major problem that I desperately need help with. I can not remember what my husband asks me to do on a daily basis, but yet I can remember what I need to do for my job. I can also remember stories from books I read and what other people ask me to do. I don't understand why I can not remember what he asks me or advises me needs done. Or I completely do it wrong when he explains what he wants done in a precise manner. Why do I do this? I have seen therapists, psychiatrists and everyone else in between, with no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated and welcomed.

Maybe the problem is taking diretcion verbally as opposed to writing it down or just remembering a daily routine. There might be modifications to your diet that might help. But if you have seen DRs about it, I can't think of anything else that might help, except different DRs. luck to you.
