I just had a flashback of when I use to cut...... I have not thought about that time in my life in a long time....cutting use to bring such warmth to me...a satisfying feeling...... I don't know what to do...... I just don't feel good..... I hope that I can let this non feeling go away......

With everything you are going through right now, it makes sense to me that this would surface. Just try to remember, "that was then and this is now."

I'll be thinking of you.

I too will remember the good feelings from cutting at times. I try and think of the other coping skills I learned to replace that of injuring myself. I know it is hard as they are so allluring. I hope you have resisted so far. Even though it is difficult I know you can resist. Please take care of yourself. Please PM me if you want Sometimes talking it through helps. Be safe.

I think it's very common to remember that "cutting times" in our past. I know I remember them from time to time. It's not a good thing to remember at all.

Remember that those times were in the past not the present...keep saying that's not happening now and I will not let it happen again.

Please stay safe.
