Has anyone else struggled with this? I’m not saying he never texts me, but I will find myself texting more than half the time because I get so scared and end up calling and/or texting him..I don’t give him the chance to reach out to me/miss me..I get too anxious and I end up giving in..

It seems like you're experiencing anxiety because you're afraid he's going to leave you. I believe you've mentioned this yourself last time. My advice would be to wor with an experienced Therapist and perhaps a Pdoc if you need it. That way you'll be able to work throughout ALL of this, ESPECIALLY if you're experiencing abandonment issues that come from your Childhoos! Sending many safe, warm hugs to BOTH you and your boyfriend, @Disney2019, and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking!

Stop using your phone so much. I got off social media and barely use my phone except emergencies. All it does is bring stress for no reason.

Have you considered you might be codepency? Have you tried Lisa A Romano codepence symptoms on YouTube?

That is great advice! I wish that I had thought about that myself!
