I find myself surrounded by attention and love and whatever else I provide myself but when I need to make that phone call and when I need to make that connection… there is no-one there. how do I cope?

Well, for starters, you can always talk to me if you want. Also, ive found that writing it down like a letter can help. I dont know if you’ve ever read the Perks Of Being a Wallflower but essentially the entire story is told by a guy writing a letter to a random stranger to help him cope and it’s actually a really helpful coping mechanism.

I know where you’re coming from, but trust me. You’re not alone, because I’m here for you. You’re not ugly, i may not know you in person but from what i know, you’re a beautiful person with a beautiful personality who probably cares a lot for other people.
