My brother committed suicide and it would be 8 years may 18, around 2-3 weeks later i started to drink heavy. one Day i got drunk and cursed my wife which i so much regret, that's when she left me. our lease was expiring in July so we moved separately, for around 4 years we where still going out and spending family time with our kids and her family. she has made it clear that she has moved on. i knew she was seeing someone and last week i find out he moved in with her. I was sober for 12 days after that I only lasted 14 in total, one of my biggest problem is letting her go, we still married and we being in each other's life for 35 years. the longest i stood without contact was for one month maybe 2. I need to let go..

In order for you to do anything with your marriage good or bad you need to get sober and it needs to be for longer than 14 days. You cant make any decisions that will be made with realistic expectations until you do.
