After +10years messing relationships up because of problems with focusing, self-care and caring for others, isolating like an hikikomori at 25/30+... I find myself panicking because i don't know how to reply to a person/friend who texted asking "how are you?" Including a big smile
I failed at life, what can I say Now Been unemployed for so long... how to tell it I had plenty of time to fix mi life a bit, i can't believe she (this person who texted me) "left" me in a bad condition years ago just to find me in a even worse situation today And I was the one who ran away from people I've been a ****ing black-hole Now she can visualize on whatsapp that I read her message but i don't know what to say Last edited by Gasplessy; Oct 25, 2020 at 07:15 AM. |

I'd be honest and say I really don't know how to answer that. I don't want to lie and say fine but I also don't want to overwhelm you with everything. How are you?
That leaves it open for her to either tell you I want to know what's going on or if she didn't want a full rundown then she can leave your answer as is. Good luck on whatever you decide to do
