I feel myself slipping into a deep depression and now I'm realising the reason that is because I'm sick of living with my mum and want to live independently I realize that I have dreams of having a partner and wanting a child. It makes me feel sad because I don't feel independent enough to feel capable of having a healthy relationship with another person and that's getting me down.

I’d not worry about relationships right now but try to get into some type of employment. Even the most basic one
Thanks for this!

What if you made "living independently" into a goal? Ask yourself what would need to happen for you to live in your own place, have a boyfriend, and a child. These are things that could take a while (long term goals), but working towards them could prove to be a meaningful force in your life. Brainstorm and break it into steps, even.
I believe in you!
