i tried to find out if my oldest daughter could lend me some money for a week, normaly ppkl just ask but because she has problems and is under social services, i had to speak to her social worker, she said she would advise daughter to say no because she doesnt live at home any more and doesnt have use of the car, i only wanted the money for a week so we could get the car fixed
grrrrrrrr i am i dont know, it feels like i have no say left at all now like shes been removed compleatly from me

That is sad that daughter is up and away and seemingly wholly out of your orbit. I would have been a little nasty to the social working and then asked, "Well, will you lend me the money then so I can get the car fixed?" :-)

because she is living in a hostel for disabled adults and the workers wont do anything without the social workers approvel, she will be moving shortly to suported housing
