Hello,
I was with the man of my dreams for two years. I love him so much he is my heart, my body, and my sole. He is everything to me. But this is no love story. I have bipolar and some other issuses that pushed him away from me. I told him about 20 times that i would change and never did. So he broke up with me. But right now we are friends because he just wants to make sure that this time im for real about changing. And i have never been so sure about something in my life. If i could get some help or pointers or what you think about it please let me know. |

I would just make sure you get the right kind of help. Talk to your therapist and take your medication. Maybe he can go along with you to your therapy sessions.
Good luck and take care.

What vet's wife said. Get good counseling. If you are on meds, stay on them. Find new interests and become absorbed in them. If you are circulating among the same friends as he, start to develop new friends. It won't be easy, but laying on the bed of nails of the past hurts too much not to try.

I agree, get some good counseling. If you are suppose to be on meds, take them. Do what you need to do to make yourself right. I lost someone I loved very much because I needed to change and did not. It is a pain that never goes awaY. So please dont let that happen to you. Good luck

Mean what you say and follow through. If you could have done it alone you would have by now. Stand by your word.
