I found these two articles on friendships. They're both from 'Chatelaine' a Canadian women's magazine.

They're both kind of opposite in nature, but I think valuable for many of us. One is about how to make friendships, the other how to end them. I especially appreciated the second one. Having been both dumped by friends and having to end friendships where I felt the life being sucked out of me, it helped me to realize that I'm not alone in this and that this process is a natural part of life. In particular, it helped me to feel less guilty about cutting out certain people from life, and likewise, feel less ashamed about being cut from other people's.

I hope you enjoy them.

Thanks for this!
