I am studying psychotherapy, and i have an assignment which i have to do, i dont know where to start with it, the title is an aspect about myself which i want to understand more. i picked trust. can someone reccomend a few books for research please????????

There's a book by Stephen M.R. Covey called "The Speed of Trust." I ahven't read it yet, but it may be a good starting place. Hope that helps!
