This year it seems that two of my adult children were playing the waiting game......seeing how long they could make everyone else wait for them. My daughter won on Thanksgiving by not showing up till the next day. My middle son won on Christmas by delaying the opening of packages by two hours, after my daughter was late again.

My youngest son, who has a new bride wanted to go to her folks on Christmas morning, so I suggested to all family members that we get together here at noon.

My youngest son and I had a similar thought after the holidays.....were his sibblings showing out because we were delaying Christmas for him and his wife?

What are your thoughts? Could this really be just a coincidence? Anyway, several of us have agreed this was the worst holiday ever! I'd really appreciate your comments.
