My boyfriend and I just broke up. It was my decision to end it but now I just feel so horrible. I have been crying all day. Everything makes me think of him. I just want him back now. It all seems so petty, we were only together 9 months which isn't that long in the grand scheme of things and I'm only 19 so it's not the end of the world but I feel like I'm falling apart.

Aww. Im sorry.
It's good that you realize it's not the end of the world. When I broke up with a boyfriend a few years ago, I felt like it was.. you're lucky to be strong enough to realize that. =D
If the reason for your break up was petty, then maybe he feels the same. Talk to him about it, and if you really want him back--then just tell him. Make sure that's what you want though, because it wouldn't be fair to him to get back together just to break up again in the near future, especially for the same reason.
I hope you feel better

It is so hard letting go of people, places and things that we have committed to. Time is usually the only true medication for such loss. Try to stay busy and be especially good to yourself as you heal from change.
