my girlfriend of three years broke up with me two weeks ago when i lost my job, after being diagnosed with depression. i find myself alot worse then i was before and my counciler decided he didnt think he needed to see me again as he felt i was ok. i fear im going into stalker mode as i find myself walking up her road without realising and texting here about 20times a day even though she doesnt reply. does anyone know a way to either get her back or to get over her(would prefer the 1st option)?

Hi Arich21,
so sorry this happened to you. It's not right that she did this just because you lost your job and are depressed. She should stand by you when times are tough and the fact that she didn't shows you alot about her moral character. I know you're missing her alot and it's hard. You can't make someone come back - they have to want to on their own.
You shouldn't call her or text her anymore because that's pushing her away more. For now you should just take care of yourself and keep busy. It this is meant to be, then you have to accept it. Hope you feel better soon an take care.

Hi, I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling down right now & I know it is hard .please try to stay positive and stay busy. I agree, try not to contact her and work on getting yourself feeling better. Think of all the good things and think positive and soon you will start feeling stronger. Please dont be hard on yourself ...I always try to think "When one door closes another one will open" We are here for you .....keep your head up! and let us know how you are doing..take care
