I'm posting this in this sub-forum, because I feel like a few people here will really relate to what I'm reading and finding super valuable.

I stumbled on this blog/site today after deciding to take a communication break from my attempted friendship with ex-T.

Some of these articles seem to literally describe the last 3 years of my life... it's been extremely helpful to read this stuff and, for once, feel like I'm not insane...

These are some of the ones I found most helpful -- but there are SO MANY on this site:

Did a Narcissist Puppeteer Create Your Reality?:
Does a Narcissist Puppeteer Create YOUR Reality?

Trauma Bonding:
Trauma Bonding & the Narcissist - No One Does it Better!

The "Hoover Maneuver":
A Narcissist Hoovering Q & A
Thanks for this!

Thanks for the helpful links. I believe my ex-t was a narcissistic alcoholic. I signed up for this free program on surviving narcissist abuse. https://www.melanietoniaevans.com/getstarted.htm Once I understood what I was dealing with I felt like I wasn't insane either.
