it may sound dumb when you consider all the pain and struggle many are going through, but i'm asking for prayer to find my car and house keys. we have one of those door openers for our car and they are quite expensive to replace. i've been doing some house cleaning and rearranging and somehow did something vague with the keys and can't find them anywhere. thanks for praying even for keys!!!

 There's nothing too small that God doesn't want us to bring to him... all concerns...and yes, even lost keys! He's especially good on the latter with me!He will tell you where they are... take some quiet time and ask Him. If you are too busy to do that, then just ask right out loud, Show me where my keys are please! Tell yourself to "find the keys." In my case I say, "See the keys." They aren't locked in the car are they? Hmmm under furniture? Fall down into furniture? Put into a pocket of clothing you aren't wearing?  <----- not at you, at me for my suggestions of where to look. I'm sure you've looked everywhere but where they are. (But for me, when I become stressed, I can be "staring" right at something and still not see it.)

oh yes, sky, i know exactly what you mean. I did lookin those places and quite a few more. i usually find them sooner. God and I have a deal where I mess up and he helps me. he knows all the junk in my head blocking me. things are pretty bad here right now. oh well, maybe tomorrow. thanks and butterfly hugs

Well, I do have to tell you only once have I not found my keys. They're still in my side yard I think.
 Asking God to show you if there is another meaning to this...so you can realize it and get your keys back!!!

One thing Moriah has experienced, God ALWAYS can be counted on to find lost keys.
No, seriously!!! Even and especially keys lost due to "gremlins" -- you know, where keys go missing because "something" moves them around. You look in the same places a billion times, but when they finally turn up they turn up somewhere you already looked a billiion times.

I have always said that used to be I never, ever lose my keys or forget to lock my doors or lose my glasses or misplace my wallet or...........
And then I got therapy and now I don't know where anything is!!!! I have to call my cell phone all the time just to hear it ring so I can find it.

Check on a coat hook under the coats. I lost mine while vacationing at my mothers one summer. The kids were staying there, hubby and I had arranged a long weekend alone without work. I know NOW that in my effort to get everything cleaned up before I left I must have put them on the hook under my jacket so I'd have everything handy when I left. But since it was so warm I forgot that I'd even brought my jacket.
I not only ended up having to stay the whole weekend, but missed a day of work because not only did the keys have the door opener on it, my van was equiped with a security device that would not allow any NEW keys to start it up without being professionally programed. Since I did not have the original key (and WHO would call the locksmith for emergency road side assistance btw if they HAD the original keys?!?) this was quite a tedious process. They were found the following fall when my mother took all the coats and jackets out to be cleaned.

Thank you ALL, you had so many good ideas and gentle reminders that these things just happen. I live with someone who almost NEVER loses anything. It's sometims frustrating to be the "brainless" part of the team.
Tomorrow I will take these ideas and do them too, i finally got sleepy and need to go to bed. Hugs to you all  Leslie and Pixies
