I love being alone with to my thoughts and it's great meditation and I was wondering where you like to be alone with your thoughts? I feel like when I am in a rut I like to explore new places while letting my mind run wild...it's good meditation.
Thanks for this!

My Favorite Place is Spirit Mountain located 60mi south of Las Vegas NV. I like to camp there alot and play my Native Flute. My youtube channel has videos of Spirit Mountain and my flute music.

The beach. Sunset or later

I really love sitting on the beach as the sunsets because there are usually not a lot of people around and I can really hear the waves breaking. Also, I like to be there later because it is amazing how much more you can hear when you are not distracted by sight. When I go at sunset, I appreciate the color of the sky, the reflection on the water, the way the birds look in the organge light and all that stuff. However, when the sun is gone and there is no light really (except for the fire) the sounds become far more intense and are very relaxing. I listen and focus on each sound identifying each one. Very cool.

I wish I had one, I'm not accepting my thoughts that well (been told its denial) - but I love to drown them out with music.

I love to spend time in silent places,my room and browse some readings such as inspirational and religious. I am personalizing my books and sometimes I speak to God what I am feeling..
