AJ's dad, who is Persian, was asking me all kinds of questions about why Christ was crucified and who did it.. I did not know that I did not know how to explain the who and why. I pretty much know the information, yet found it hard to e xplain.. Shame on me... I had to look up the info online and read it to him to better explain....Been awhile since I picked up my Bible.. Maybe it is time to read it again....... am so embarrassed that I had a hard time explaining..... Never really had to explain it to anyone before, because when I went to church, and mostly "church people" I hung out with, well we all knew it and didn't need anyone to explain anything... mercy me

Radio, I am sure that you know your biblical facts inside out; except that you had a hard time condensing your knowledge about it into words. I think we are all caught off guard when those outside of one's faith ask us to define what exactly it is we believe in, so that may be what happened.

The Lord says that when we are questioned, he will give us the right answers. I am sure that is what happened in your case. Don't be so hard on yourself. Believe that you are precious in the eyes of God and go boldly to proclaim your faith.

Thanks everyone... He is like a sponge, absorbing information..

Thanks JD for the link... much appreciated

SunnyD... He didn't say a whole lot. He is just taking in the info and thinking. I can see his "wheels" a turning...
