I am a christian and suppose not to say this but I am on the brink of having no faith.God always sits there on his butt watching me suffer. How sadistic can that be. Rather it is mental or physical or even both. I am screwed up in the head and soul. Nothing sames to get better. I call myself the dark poet cause of lak of faith I have to use it in poetry. I turned to devil worship then turned to athiest.But then I became christian again and god is toying me like a puppet

I'm sorry you feel that way. Maybe you should let your family and friends know about this too. I'm sure they can help restore your faith.

Hello, TheDisturbedLoner. I too have doubts that haunt me. More than once I have gone to a church and yelled at God. Sometimes, "Thy will be done" seem so inadequate.
Just the same, I keep on talking to Man. Good luck in getting through this. |

God loves us entirely, unconditional. Unlike us - God knows that we are always ok...always safe - therefore - God will always let us experience that which we call forth.

dear TDL--
God does not toy with man. He says what is on His mind, and His mind is always on His children. I would say that the problems you are having are not coming from Him, for He does not condemn us. He loves us, disciplines us, but never does He cause us to question why He is making us miserable. It is not he who does that...there is only one other i can think of that would be that mean to any of us...i won't mention his name but you know who he is... Ask God to show you plainly who He is and He will. There is NO doubt about that. He is waiting for the chance!!! You made a good point Byz...we all have doubts...and yes, yelling in church at God is sometimes necessary for us...we just want to know that somewhere someone is listening to us... Jewels

I agree, He doesn't toy with us, but there are tests. Sometimes He seems removed, but isn't. Keep the faith. Funny, I was asking that question today, especially about direction and needs. Be still, and listen
