I have been surrounded by hatred and anger the last week and i have fought it wiht love and reason ....but I am worn down and could reall yuse a hug if anyone has one...Im starting to spiral a bit

Here are many gentle hugs my friend. I am sorry you have been surrounded by all that, but know that here you are surrounded by love and care. Thank you for asking for what you need hon. It is important and you do deserve it. Hold onto to us and to what you know to be true....that you are worth it and loved so much.That spiraling feeling is so hard and I do understand. But you are not alone even though it feels alone. Keep reaching out here and know we hear you and are surrounding you with all the support and love we can. Please hold on. Do not let the momentum of the spiral grab you. Step away to a safer place!!!!! I am struggling so hard today to get in the shower and see an old friend. I feel fat,ugly, gross, nervous, anxious, scared. But I know I have to go. Please hold on. You are not alone. You are surrounded by people who are holding you and understand your pain.
