I will pray that you are healed through help of Doctors, nurses, friends, loved ones, as well as through any other means I have not named. I think healing sometimes takes time, so hang in there!

Please PLEASE have your levels of dopamine checked (and get the results yourself to check online) ... depleted dopamine has been responsible for schizophrenia in some people. (It also causes Parkinson's, depression etc)

Wow sorry to hear that. In the US you can get them done. Maybe try increasing them "naturally" and see if it improves how you feel overall?
