Please pray for me. I have struggled with pain from a fall four years ago down the stairs. I am now going through very tough procedures that are removing the muscle adhesions throughout my lower back. I need prayers for the courage to get through this, the faith that this very painful procedures will work and prayer to take away my fear. I am new to this forum and so glad I found the prayer section. Prayer is powerful. I would be so grateful for any prayers. Thank you in advance.

 Deep meditation works good like hypnosis... I use it much for my pain... gently  now...
