I am new to this format of sharing emotion...it's nice to have complete anonymity.

My marriage of 5 years is very difficult; I bounce around (in my mind) whether to leave my husband or not every day. When it's very bad, I'm obsessing about running away.

I believe that most of my anxiety and fear is related to my willful ego acting out; I pray to turn my fear into faith, daily/hourly at times, and clear my mind for solutions to come from God.

For today, I pray for the willingness to eat less, exercise more, speak my truth, be useful, stay focused on studying for my licensing exam (2/9/12) and be grateful. Amen.

Hi BlissQuest,
Welcome to PC I hope that you find some comforting advice here. I wonder if your blaming yourself for something that is not your fault.
