I m survived from abuse, and not healed yet, i just read someone's signature which said"u must bleed before u r healed, u must bleed enough...." . i feel it is true, cuz it is impossible to stop the bleeding, it just comes itself, it is so painful and can't stop.....
same time, during this difficult period, i must handle my daily life,
i want to know how to make a balance by a good spiritual way,
cuz each time i fight and fight, try different ways, it seems eventually it is the spiritual to lift me and make me move forward....
so now, i same time let the bleeding cuz it is out of control,
same time i need a good energy to do daily life,
the difficult is, the good energy seems to be taken away.....

It sounds like what would be of most help to you is anything that will both help you to recover from the pain and give you energy to carry on. If spirituality does that, then by all means work more in that direction! My I ask what kind of spiritual practice? (I know religion is a no-no on this forum, so if it fits into a religion I guess tell what specific practice in that religion is helpful, like prayer, meditation, reading, etc.)
